Hi, first post need some serious help. I had bought a 1980 cajun bass boat with a 1969 johnson 115 on it, guy said there was spark, tested and had no spark, so i read on the forums to covert it to msd street fire ignition instead of the original power pack, long story short, i hooked it all in and turned the keep on and the light for the ignition didn't turn on, so i unplugged the wire to the sensors then it came on, and if you hook it up again it turns the light off meaning the circuit isnt being completed it, what could it be? i tested the trigger sensor and it had 5.4 ohms of resistance, but the reverse cut out sensor didn't read anything. is that normal? and why would the circuit not being completed? any help would be awesome.
