1968 evinrude fastwin 18 hp fuel pump diagram

Does anyone have a link or a GOOD picture/diagram of the inside fuel pump body, for a 1968-ish Evinrude Fastwin 18 hp? All of the parts diagrams show the "main body" of th efuel pump withour showing the insides. I think I may be missing a spring, from what I can tell, looks lik ethere may be several springs and the little plastic pin in the center? Motor starts hard and will barely keep running or dies, , the primer bulb won't stay hard, tried adjusting carb. All points to fuel pump. If anyone can help out, its greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!!!

i suggest you read this 2-3 times to get a clear understanding. it gets confusing

I put a small dab of crazy glue on the spring bottoms to hold them in place while I reassemble the layers

I also glue the small mushroom caps on the springs to keep them from flying of

insert 2 long bolts in the side holes to line up the parts
