Anyone know where I can get a carburetor rebuild kit for my 1966 Johnson Outboard?

Thanks.

Craig - It does look very simular to the shap of my carb and the holes look like they line up.

Zippo - my model is V4AL - 18C

Thanks

Do the carb throats point upward, not sideways?
PM me with a photo of the carb. Is it off and apart?
There is a more complete kit that looks like this.

Re: 1966 Johnson 80hp Carb Kit

Craig,

I do not have the carb off yet, I want to make sure the parts are available before taking apart.

But I do know this;

1 - the Carb throats go downward
2 - the Carb is a type 1b, downdraft, double barrel.
3 - The listed part # for the main gasket is 310353, according to the official 1966 80HP Johnson Parts Manual.

The motor has been setting for about five years so I am trying to find a kit that will have everything I need to rebuild the Carbs.

Thanks Again

That should be the right one, has 2 main gaskets for a different variation.
They are available, tear it down and send me a photo.
