1963 Starcraft Jupiter

Wow what a great site !!!! I believe I have come to the right place for the info and help I need for the repairs for my new (to me ) Boat.

I picked up a 63 Starcraft Jupitor with motor and trailer for $100.00. Now I would like to fix her up and make a good fishing rig out of her. The boat will need all new floors,transom and of course a paint job before I start on the motor.
Here are a couple of pics from the other day when I brought her home. Please feel free to comment and advise .

Today I will remove the soft/spongy floor. I'm sure I can save and use it for a template. I will also take and post a few pics.
