Hey All, I'm back with another question for my 58 Johnson Supersea Horse 35 HP. I got it working and just needs some fine tuning. However, I want to know if there is any difference in 58 supersea horse and a 59 supersea horse. The deal is I want to get a carb kit and wondering if a 59 supersea horse carb kit will do for a 58 supersea horse?

No reason why not, that I can think of.

Re: 1958 Carb Kit Question

Usually a lot of different models use the same kit. Check an online source and compare #'s.

Re: 1958 Carb Kit Question

About the only difference I can see is the size of the fuel inlet nipples. On the 58, if it is infact the double fuel line, it will have a smaller nipple, but the carbs should still be the same.
