I doubt there is really a too big, but what is the ideal size for a boat this size? I recently installed an anchor winch, so I'm thinking either mushroom, river or navy anchor might be best. I also have a danforth style, but don't want it hanging from boat.
I'll be using the boat on a combination of mud bottom and rock bottom lakes. On my bass boat, I've had great luck with about a 10-12lb river and the danforth in combination.
I've been having trouble find much other than a navy anchor, locally, that isn't 30lbs. That seems like way overkill. Any suggestions?
