16' Gruman Utility

There is a 16' Gruman utility for sale, with a 9.9 hp engine.
This has advantage for some local lakes, but is this way under powered?

HI, the boat is rated at 40hp you can go to grumman boats and find specs of boat . Yeah to me under powered I have a older boat but with a max 50 hp on it I love my boat fish shallow 18" offshore 10 miles out and pull a tube around the lake.

I would say boat motor trlr no more then a grand more like 600-700 max

the boats do hold value pretty well check nada
