I have a new 150hp 4 stroke, 3.0L. Engine temp runs 122 deg. @ idle and 130 deg. @ wot, this is my first outboard with a gauge and to me this seems alittle cold. What is your merc. 150hp OB operating temperature. The tech who installed the motor did not seem concerned at 122 deg. at idle on muffs at time of installation. I was present and unfortunately I did not ask about 122 deg. being normal or too cold.
