115 hp four stroke efi, power trim will not raise

I'll try to make this short and to the point. Build date is December 2014.
115hp four stroke efi
Model number: 1115F631D

The power trim will not raise. It'll lower all day long with zero trouble. The up switch on the engine and throttle will not work.

What I've done so far:
Swapped the up and down relays
Hooked the trim unit directly to a battery via relay connectors and this DID raise the engine's trim perfectly.

I checked the continuity between all wires at the housing rocker switch (not at the throttle yet) and all wires at both relay connectors besides the wire to the left looking down at the connector. I believe that wire runs to the trim position sensor.

Everything seemed good to go from my limited knowledge. Anything I can do to help you help me, please let me know.

Morning findings: engine will not start as well.
I've put new batteries in yesterday, forgot to mention that.
There's not even a click from the starter when turning the key but there is power to the starter.

Problem solved. I traced that one wire from the relay that I didn't know where it led. It went to the pcm/computer. I must have bumped the connector lock with the cowl and knocked it loose. All good for now.
