Please help driving me crazy
Hey my engine has become the best idling engine ever. That's all it will do. When on the water it just wont go.
New plugs New everything basically but no speed at all top end. I yesterday cleaned the carbs and am taking boat out Saturday to try it out. Just some back ground full maintain ran new plugs new wires new rotor all seals replaced seafoam ran there times until engine completely clean. Only thing I can think of is varnish has gotten into high speed jet. Yesterday I ran boat on hose and while revving engine sprayed deep creep directly into carbs bogged down and smoked but then cleared up and ran great. Any ideas on something electronic that might be going causing it? Please help got this boat to fish and summer gonna be over seems like before im able to use it.
