Hello,
I have a 2004 25HP 4Stroke Bigfoot on a 17Ft Bass tracker. I purchased the boat in May, the motor ran fine through mid July. Then it sat from mid July till Sept. When I took the boat back out in Sept the boat had no power and would not get on plain or over 2500RPM at full throttle. When the boat is in the driveway hooked up with muffs (under no load)it runs fine. The motor starts and idle's in and out of the water. I was thinking water or bad fuel I added a bottle of "heat" and some seafoam with no luck. It has a strong stream of water coming out.
Could it still be bad fuel?
Any other idea's.
I searched this fourm and found a few others with issue but no one had a anwser.
