This is not a "frost plug". These plugs are there to dump sand out of the block after casting.
I think they are 1 5/8 on a 4.3. But the question is why do you need one? A motor that's pushed out one of these plugs after freezing is likely doomed to a cracked block.
Use a temporary expandable rubber one for a test run. Then install the brass one.

thank you for the response I found out my winter drain plug let go just need a new brass fitting to plug it yag r bisc
