so cheap through Amazon! A $900 TV for $627 delivered! I cant wait! Good reviews - I'll probably get a stand/low cabinet for it - the old 32" Panasonic flat screen goes upstairs in our 3rd bdrm/mancave, with small entertainment center - had it for 8 yrs, works great still, and heavy as heck!!

LOL I just got rid of my 36" pana flat tube. They're real back breakers!
LCD TVs are dropping like crazy. There are some wild technologies around the corner in that sense, like flexible LCD displays and such!

With a 55" a lad could retire his glasses while watching TV! LOL

and good grief - for under $100 more from a 47 to a 55??? Girlfriend has a 55 2-3 yrs old and its great!

smart tv,s are a hoax.ive had mine for over a year and am not any brighter atall!:facepalm:seriously, i won a 55 led samsung in a draw and put my 50 inch plasma panasonic in the garage.

I picked up the 52" 60 Hz version of that tv on black friday. Nice picture.

I wish it had another HDMI, but I guess 2 is the norm now.
Sound quality is poor, tinny, harsh. So it gets run thru the Klipsch even if just watching the news.
Took me a while to adjust picture to my liking, and actually like it better with the LED turned off.
