It calls for 20W-50 but all i can find is 25W-40 is this ok. I live in PA operating temps well above 50F.
Can I use the 25W-40?

Is there an AutoZone, Advance Auto, Wal-Mart, etc. near by? Any one of them will have 20W-50 oil available... Trust the manufacturer's recommendation on oil.

Thanks. I looked at the manual again and it references two different oils. Must have been an error. My walmart and auto stores dont carry any marine stuff worth looking at

Ayuh,.... The manuals list the weights, 'n grades of the oils,....

Both Wallyworld, 'n Auto Parts houses have Many oils the meet the requirements of the manuals....

Matter of fact, Most to All the oils carried by Wallyworld, 'n Auto Parts houses meet the grades, 'n the weights, maybe not in stock, but usually available...

There's Nothin' Marine 'bout motor oil...
