Boat has been sitting for a year and a half , I'm ok at getting cars and lawn mowers started but never worked on a outboard. What are the best steps I should take to safely get it started. Old gas in the tank so I'll use a separate tank , what oil to gas ratio should I use. Thanks for your help in advance!!!
