Where is the link to the $3.00 DIY Exhaust Bellows installation tool

Hi everyone, I was searching on here two nights ago and found a link to an exhaust bellows installation tool that was made with carriage bolts, PVC tubing and rubber bands and there were nothing but great comments about it. i have to replace my exhaust bellows and now can not for the life of me find that the thread and link. If anyone knows can you point me in the right direction. I tried doing multiple searches but no joy.
