So earlier i posted number off the back of harmonic balancer. No responses, lets try it this way.
1984 seaswirl with ford 302 fi. Bought boat as basket and balancer is worn and key way bad. So need to replace it. Have been to 2 engine builder and 2 parts stores. All data for that vintage ford engine is a 4 hole pully mount and mine is 3 hole. Looking thru parts books and on line if i go way back to a 69 ford car i can find a visual match and specs match as far as i can measure. Is it sound correct that they would use much older stuff? As near as i can tell the old parts are original. One owner boat with no previous major work done.
