Im new to boating and i have no idea why she wont start. While turning it over it sounds like it wants to start but doesnt. Sometimes it will turn over for about 5 seconds then die. Ive checked its getting great fuel and great spark.. starting fluid wont get her to start. Ive changed the starter and plugs in it. Anyone have any ideas. Btw its a 19856 Mach 1 Challenger with a omc inboard cobra outboard.
