Pre mix

i have a 1975 johnson 115,sleeping for 2 years,crank great,starts and quit,
no oil,what is the best pre mix,or ratio ?

Not sure of the question. That motor should run on a 50::1 gas:

best oil= amsoil saber?
Can i add gas treatment after mix?

Any flavor TCW-3 (2 stroke outboard) oil will do. Gas treatment such as Stabil/Seafoam is your call, and should be added after the mix.
