recently my motor does not reach full RPM unless i have someone pump the bulb while i am driving. right after the person stops pumping, my motor reduces RPM by at least 1000 rpm and usually the RPM increases and decreases at full throttle pretty rapidly. i checked my filters and they seem to be clean, does it have to do with my fuel pumps?
