90 HP Johnson 2000 oil injection conversion kit

I have a 90 HP Johnson Ocean Pro 2000. I have been told that there is a conversion kit available to replace the oil injection system over to premix fuel. Seems to me that this would be a lot better than worrying if the oil injection system is working or not. With premix fuel you are guarunteed that the oil is entering the engine, right?
OK question: Could anyone tell me where I can purchase such a kit?

It is not a kit. It is a modification...very easy...of the OMS pump and oil lines. It is in the top secret thread at the top of the main J/E page.

Read up, and post back if it doesn't answer your questions.

There is no conversion kit for this motor due to the fuel bracket/vapor seperator set-up. The only thing available is the premix pump part # 5007422 which is about $30 cheaper than a stock VRO pump which is around $400..

Never heard of it. You can disconnect the oiling side of the oms pump, mix your fuel 50:1 and use the oms for a fuel pump only.
