I call it "the cuff of death" because it's the end of life as you know it

EDIT: Think about this a bit. Is this a kind and gentle way to treat your marriage and the woman you chose for a lifetime companion?

I apologize for my harsh reaction. I realize it is humor but wonder if anyone else sees it as unkind humor.

Whine, whine, snivel, snivel.

Just give it up or worse, have it taken away from you, and see how cruelly you continue to insult the woman you chose as a life companion and partner.

It was never intended for us men to understand our women......it is much easier to just learn to appreciate them!

In the spirit of continuing the jest...

A man is not complete until he is married, then he is finished.

That was suggested by my wife- she has a button with that on it! :)

I think you and I both know why this happens!

Anyway...back to keeping the thread fun...

Don't forget the wringing of YOUR neck!! I know for a fact that women make fun of men all to often, and honestly they have alot more to joke or laugh about, than we do of them!!

A husband said to his wife, "No, I don't hate your relatives. In fact, I like your mother-in-law better than I like mine." ;)

These jokes make me think of a line from the movie Hot Shots

"I could never find time for love. It's too heavy. It's an anchor that drowns a man."

Re: The rings of Marriage

A man gets married because he's found a woman who "loves him just the way he is."

A woman marries because she's found a man that's "not perfect", but with a little work he could be.
