bought boat from nephew. said it only needed a shift cable. well have taken outdrive off and believe need a new shift cable and something to do with reverse. have read that omc's are bad about messing up if cables become bad. could put into gear but then would not come out of gear. anyway have had in the water twice. had fun. step - son tried to get up on skis. did almost. well thanks for listening. gotta figure something out.
