Most boats do not come with a wiring diagram.What you need is a test light and or a DVOM that you can pick up cheap at Sears/ auto zone etc.Start at the battery and work your way back checking for power as you go. Or in your case start at the switch checking for power as you work your way backwards.In some cases it is better to remove all the ign wiring and start from scratch,this way you know it is done correctly.What do you mean the ign switch is not SHOWING any power? You have checked it with a dvom and there is no voltage at the switch? Or there is power on one side of the switch but not the other,it is all pretty basic ...
