Evinrude Tracker 25hp hard time starting.

I am having hard time starting up my Evinrude Tracker 25. It takes me 8-10 crank for the engine to start sometime more. Once it is started it runs great, but once i shut off the motor and let is sit for 3+ hours won't start up easily.

please help. thanks
