Hi Salty and welcome to iBoats! :)

If your motors are truly tuned and you're only getting 10-15, it's a good thought the hubs are both spun. However, doesn't that seem odd?

Anyway, get a paint pen marker (or similar) and paint a line from center nut to edge of prop. Let dry then take the boat out, put her on plane, then check to see if the line exists the same way as drawn. If the line on each prop is fine, do over to confirm.

Oh, next..... check to see you've removed the boat from the trailer. :D sorry, that joke came to mind... removed from truck, but trailer still under the boat out on the lake.

If props not spun, time to look in other areas. http://forums.iboats.com/showthread.php?t=287818

Respond with all the questions and the next step will be quick.

Good luck!
