I realize there are many cold start threads, even a permanent thread,
However could some please post the verbatim owners manual cold starting procedure?

I have the service manual and it does not contain this info. It would be nice to see what the factory had to say about the procedure.

I read these previously, are these SOP for Johnson/Evinrude out of the owners manual?
