Want to rebuild my boat again. Will it work?

Well last year i put in a new floor and i want to do a couple different changes. I got a 16 glastron ski n fish. I have set it all up for bass fishing and i really like some parts i did to it. But i want to re locate the steering column, I want to move it all the way to right right side of the boat like other boats are. Can i do that? or will it be to much weight on that side and make it off center through the water?

You can relocate the wheel anywhere as long as the cable permits. So, if you are going to move your steering 2 feet to the right is there enough room to hid the cable??? If not you will need the change the cable and a new cable is a bit over $100
