Why do you want to change the seat? unless you have a specific problem--fuel overflow due to damaged seat, changing it is not warranted. Before you go through the cost and fuss, double check to see that some crap is not wedged in the opening. Remove the inlet fitting and clean the inlet passage thoroughly.
However, if you absolutely must change it: There is no way to remove a pressed in seat without damaging it and it will not be reuseable. Take an appropriately sized lag screw and thread it into the seat. Then using a Dykes wire cutting pliers and a bar of something to protect the carb casting, grab the screw by the head and wedge out the seat.
