Trouble w/ Trim/Tilt motor

I own a 1998 Bayliner w/ a 125 Hourse Force Outboard Motor.

The Trim/Tilt was disconected due to the Trim/Tilt motor stopped working
right out of the blue. We had to dump the hydrolics to get her on the trailer. The Trim/Tilt motor makes a small click noise but won't
run. This motor is fairly new by 3 years. Is there something that I'm missing?
Maybe the relays are bad?

Hey Scott,
Don't know if your 125 uses the same setup as my 85hp, but, have a read of my thread from last week..... we had the exact same symptoms as you and it was a very easy fix:

Our relays were still "clicking", but no power going to the motor itself....turns out there is a very small circuit breaker attached to the outboard motor (the read power wires run directly to it) and there is very small square reset button on top, pressing it resets the breaker. You may need a flashlight to spot the breaker and the switch on top. Hope its that simple for you too!

There is a fuse that is under the dash that might have blown,or the relays not working or a circut breaker blown.If the MOTOR makes a clicking then the brushed or something inside needs attention.If the relays under the cowl are making the noise then they could be bad.
A 125 wasn't made in that year.Post the mod# and ser#.J
