its not hard but if the flywheel has been turned with the belt off you most likly have bent valves,
where it my project I would remove both cams,line up the mark under the flywheel with the casting mark on the block, then reinstall the cams.then do a leak down test.
#1 piston top dead center,intake cam sprocket dowl facing aft and the ex facing fwd both cam sprocket marks line up. then install the belt.
you really need the service manual. if you loosen the cam bearing caps incorrectly cam breakage results.
