I have a 1986 yamaha 30 ELH 2 stroke . It runs and starts great when on the flush at home on the trailer or in a tub of water. But when launched it just cranks but won't turn over. If you submerge the motor up to the bracket damper or run a hose over it the motor cuts out. Compression good on all cylinders but just when water enters where the lower bracket mount is it shuts off.. any help would be greatly appreciated.
