Pitch + cup ?

I have a stainless Michigan prop that's cast into the hub 14 1/4 x 19 and it's cupped.
So does the 19 include the cup or do I add 2" for the cup ?

If it makes any difference the prop is on a 1986 Johnson 150 J150TLCDC.

Cup is not added the the pitch specification. Any added cup compensation is strictly an approximation.
