got the 1974 115 merc from friend of mine set up for bout 5 years. had new water pump distibutor and belt put on. rebuilt carbs and fuel pump and new spark plugs. cranks and runs but fuel is pouring out of top 2 carbs and is spraying outa bowl tops, sprays so far it goes in my battery box on my bass boat (the overflow hole i think). ive tried just bout everything and cant find any info about this problem. wont run in gear. basicly its flooding real bad. anyone know what could cause this kinda problem
