OK, MY FLOAT WAS STICKING LAST SUMMER SO I TOOK MY CARB OF AND REBUILT IT A WEEK AGO. FOUND THE FLOAT PROBLEM AND FIXED THAT. BUT I NOTTICED THAT MY ECELERATO R PUMP WAS DRY. LOOKED MORE AT THE CARB AND NOTICED THAT THE ECELERATOR PUMP WELL WASNT DRILLED. I LOOKED FOR A LOWER PASAGE. THERE ISNT ONE. MY PLUNGER LOOKED BRAND NEW. SO I DRILLED IT AND PUT A STAINLESS ECEL. BALL IN IT FROM AND OLD ROCHESTER OF MINE. IT WAS DRILLED FOR THE PUMP.I FIGURED THAT THIS IS WHY I ALWAYS HAD A BAD FLAT SPOT AND HAD TO REALY EASE INTO THE THROTLE TO PLANE OFF. I TOOK THE BOAT OUT YESTERDAY AND BURNED WAY MORE FUEL TAN USUAL. ALMOST TWICE AS MUCH.IS IT NOT SUPOSED TO BE DRILLED? IF NOT THAN HOW DOSE IT GET THE INITAL BURST OF FUEL TO TAKE OFF BEFORE VACUME IN THE INTAKE PULLS IT FROM THE JETTS? PLEASE HELP.HAHA

As for your Carb,... I haven't had 1 apart in awhile, but ya probably went wrong with the drill....
Maybe some epoxy might fix it,...
I'd probably start huntin' a used carb somewhere myself....
