I have a 1999 4 stroke 15 HP. I have two issues. One it is a real bear to pull the recoil. Two hands to get it pulled out.
Two, when it does start, gas pours out of every opening on the carb. In less than a minute it will flood and not start again. I just rebuilt the carb last night and this did not help. The kit included a float, needle and some random gaskets.
I checked the fuel pump and there are no holes in the diaphragm.
Any thoughts?
