i have a 25 hp electric start evinrude that jumps out of gear at high rpm nd am going to get a new clutch dog to remedy it. I have found part # 0316501. is this part interchangable with a 9 and 15 hp bc ebay has one listed under that part # but they say its for a 9.9 or 15 but not 25hp. Mine is a 1978 model
