depends what you have now. Some of the 4.3's came with a 1.61 ratio. The ratio should be stamped behind the prop and zink. I believe it is also on the identification tag on the top of the outdrive.
doner boat is a 2003 silverline with a 4.3 volvo
the new boat is a 2008 stingray 205 LX not sure if its 4.3 or 5.0
whats the diffrences in gear ratio between the two?
ps the outdrive from the 2003 is SX model
