Have a new (used) boat with a 90 hp ELPTO engine (1999)
As I understand it the trim/tilt will be limited when I am on plane for safety, but will go all the way up when I am under something like 2000 rpm.
Question is this.....I get about 50% trim/tilt on plane (gauge almost exactly in the middle just slightly less).......is the the most trim/tilt I should be getting?
Seems like I could stand to get just a bit more up trim/tilt when on plane.
Or does this sound about right for what I should be expecting?
