i recently stumbled upon a 7.5 horse evinrude fleetwin. I've been told that there is a way to tell the year by the serial number which is 7522-09254. I'm trying to get an owners manual for it and knowing the year would narrow it down quite a bit. Also it says to mix the fuel with 30 weight oil, is this still done or is there a new better way of feeding this thing?
