Replacing Trim Hydraulic Hose and Oil

Hey guys,
I have a 1980 Mercury Blue Band 850 Outboard motor with Hydraulic Trim. One of the hoses has broken and all oil has come out. I have a replacement hose but was wondering the best way to replace the hose and oil simply and safely without causing damage? Also which oil is recommended?
I have got photos if needed.

Ayuh,... Remove the old hose,... Install the new hose,...
Fill the pump with ATF,+ Run it up,+ down, repeatedly, keeping the pump full of ATF...
It's self bleeding...
