1965 Evinrude 9.5 Fuel lines

I was changing out my fuel pump(the original is RIP), but want to change out the fuel lines going from the fuel connector to the fuel pump and fuel line going from the fuel pump to the carburetor.

-I would like to install the alcohol resistant type.
-what are the sizes of both?
-can the fuel hoses be purchased here on iboats?

The fuel line between the pump and carburetor was cut from fuel line part number 203909/303171 listed as no longer available on some sites.

Iboats sells a 3/16 fuel line in rolls 18-8052 that should work, but I would call to see if they will sell it by the foot.

Personally, I would recommend that you check with your local parts dealer for a 3/16 alcohol resistant coast guard approved line.

Yes I agree with you on using alcohol resistant lines. I read and saw some of the pictures posted on this forum. Nasty mess!!

The fuel line leading from the quick disconnect to the fuel pump is part # 303617, which is either 1/4 or 5/16. Take the cover off the fuel pump with you when you go to the parts dealer and have them check it.
