50hp Merc will not hold trim under high power

My 50hp Merc will not hold trim under high power settings otherwise Works properly any ideas? Or easy fixes?

Check your seals on the trim cylinder......you also could be low on fluid.

Thanks there are certainly no visible signs of leaking fluid at the cylinder is it possible that it is bypassing fluid internally? Is there a rebuild option or remove and replace only? Thanks Again
