Ok I am a noob here and I have done a search but most of the problems are at WOT. Mine starts great, idles fine and good all up to about half throttle. Also runs great at wot. It is a 88' 48 SPL. Running at about half speed will slow then increase a little then slow then increase. It will do this 3 or four times then increase more and more and level out and run good. Seams to do it on a turn too. I dont know if its because of turning or because I am around the same spped as the original prob. I have taken the carbs off and removed the bowls and cleaned every thing I could that way. Do yall think it could be a float problem? Thanks-Jason-

I would give a spare gas tank and a new hose a try.....bypass all your fuel supply before the motor....

then try squeezing the bulb when the motoro is bogging down...

see if that give sit new life for a little bit...

that might help eliminate some of the fuel supply side potential suspects.

then move onto the electrical end..which i cant help with !! ha ha

good luck

When you had the bowels off did you remove the high speed jet, behind bowel drain, clean jet out with a fine wire.

Thanks guys! I will try that this weekend. I did not know there was a jet there.
