1995 Chris-Craft Commander-Any Input?

I'm going to look at a 1995 42' Chris-Craft Commander with twin Crusaders. The advertisement lists her at 18,000 lbs. Can that be right? That seems awfully lite for a 42' Aft Cabin. What can you tell me about the reliability, seaworthyness, etc. of this vessel? I always thought that Chris-Craft made a high quality vessel, is that true of this yaer and model?
