My 1989 40elf yamaha sat for a couple years without being run. Recently I have been rebuilding the boat. Sunday evening I hooked up to the new battery, new wiring, new everything and got nuthin....... I looked over everything and all connections seem to be good. I did find the little 10 amp fuse insode blown and replaced it. Still nothing. The little green light on the front of the motor comes on but motor will not crank or even try. The last time I ran the motor it worked just fine. I'm a little confused as to what this could be. Any suggestions?
