fuel problems

my johnson 150 fast strike wont plane out will idle fineso i have replaced the fuel line ,bulb,plugs,and water fuel filter so i think it has to be the fuel pump but theres two is there any way to tell which one and i have unhooked the oil pump and premix

Have you checked the fuel pick-up / filter in the tank? Always start at the very beginning with fuel problems. You could try getting somebody to squeeze the bulb in the fuel line and hand pump fuel with the throttle full open. If the motor picks up speed then you could well have a fuel pump problem. I assume you have checked the ignition to make sure it is advancing properly when you open the throttle full.
