Post i983 evinrude electric shift stuck infoward gear
hi i bought this boat today and the lady told me that it ran but it was stuck in foward it is push botton with the switch of and battery diconected still in gear does any won know aboat this it is a 115 hp

model # of the motor, electric shift were last built in 1972.

i am pretty sure the tag said 115 e sometthing 1983 not sure i get back to you
