It was made by Eska. That number you have is the engine number. Eska primarily used Tecumseh engines. Given that engine number, it's a 1974 model, 7 horsepower.
Now, as for who sold it, that's another issue. It could have had any of a number of brand names on it, from Sears to Hanimex. Or, it could have been an Eska branded outboard.
None of that makes a lot of difference. Parts are available from
www.certifiedpartscorp.com. They're very knowledgable about Eskas, and have a pretty extensive parts inventory.
Look for any other numbers on the outboard, particularly around the transom mount. If you can find any of those numbers, particularly a model number, we can tell who who sold it.
