1986 Mercury inline 6 no spark #3 cylinder

I have a 1986 115hp Mercury. #3 cylinder has no spark. All 6 cylinders have 125lbs compression and other five have great spark. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

The most obvious thing would be one dead coil or a broken wire to that coil or a bad ground at that coil.

The answer to "do i need to change my water pump impeller" is YES
